  1. How to I order a web site?
  • Visit our online store and click on the "Web Sites" category. Put a site in your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button. When you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button. At that point, you will be given step-by-step instructions on how to complete your order.

  1. Will I see what my custom logo looks like before delivery?
  • After you have placed an order for a custom logo, we will show you at least three proofs. When you have decided which proof you like best, we will deliver you the finished product in the sizes and formats you requested.
  1. What is the turn-around time on your services?
  • That depends on the type of product you ordered. Our "instant" products will be available for immediate download after your purchase. Our "made from scratch" products (i.e. logos, web pages and web sites) can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks, depending on the degree of complexity. Your site specialist will discuss a timeline with you in detail.
  1. Do you accept international orders?
  • Because all of our products are digital, we can accept clients from all over the world. Like our domestic orders, we can accept money orders, bank drafts and credit cards (through PayPal).
  1. Does your web site pricing include installation?
  • If you select hosting with our preferred partner, DowntownHost, we will install your site for free. To install on other hosted servers, we charge a nominal fee. For more information on our installation fees, click here.
  1. Why are some of your logos labeled "vector"?
  • Our Vector logos are can be enlarged to infinitesimal proportions. Though all of our logos are suitable for both web and print, Vector logos can be supersized to billboard size without a loss in image quality.
  1. Will I have to supply my own web site photos/images?
  • Many of our clients already have artwork and photos that they want to use on their sites. Your site specialist will make recommendations and assist you in finding the best solutions for your needs.
  1. Will I be involved in the site planning and design?
  • Absolutely! Before we begin working on your site, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire. This will help us design a site that is perfect for you. At each stage of the design process, your site specialist will ask you to preview and approve the work. Because you are involved from beginning to end, we can guarantee that you will get exactly what you pay for–no gimmicks, no surprises.
  1. What if I outgrow my site?
  • You won't be able to outgrow a 360 Digital Media site! They are designed from the ground up to have fully expandable navigation, and our add-on features (online stores, contact forms, blogs, etc...) can be seamlessly integrated into your site design anytime in the future. This will keep your site looking clean, sophisticated and impeccably consistent as your business grows.
  1. Can I buy site add-ons if I already have an existing site?
  • Yes, you can. However, in some cases, modifications will have to be made to your existing site to accommodate the upgrades. If so, we will be required to bill you for making those adjustments. You can request a quote before making a commitment.
  1. Do I have to be a customer to get the free downloads?
  • Anyone is eligible for our monthly free products. New freebies will be announced monthly in our "What Not to Web" newsletter, and will be available in our online store. You will need to log in to gain access to the downloads. The free downloads will only be free during the month of their release. Afterwards, they will be available for purchase in our store.
